Pauline Parks Anderson, 98, of Dahlonega, went home to be with her Lord while surrounded by her family on Monday September 16, 2013.
Mrs. Anderson was a lifelong Lumpkin County resident, a loving mother to all, and enjoyed fishing.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Doyle H. Anderson and her parents, Gordon and Minda Parks; brothers Clarence Parks, Howard Parks, H.C. Parks and Charles Parks; sisters Mamie Barnes, Myrtle Ellis, and Florine Ricketts.
She is survived by her brother Leroy Parks of Dahlonega and sister Bonnell Anderson of Dahlonega; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and many loving friends.
Funeral Services were held on Wednesday September 18 at Concord Baptist Church. Rev. Lyman Caldwell and Rev. Stephen Adams officiated. Interment followed at Concord Baptist Church Cemetery.

Michael P. “Mike” Adams, age 46, of Dahlonega, died Sunday, September 22, 2013.
Mike was born in Dekalb County, Ga. April 2, 1967. He had lived in Dahlonega for the past 16 years. He was a former resident of Canton, Ga.
Mike is survived by his wife, Mendy Adams, Dahlonega; father and step-mother, Mickey and Rhonda Adams, Fairburn, Ga.; mother, Cheryl Adams, Alpharetta, Ga.; brother, Chris Adams, Alpharetta, Ga.. Several other relatives also survive.
A memorial visitation for family and friends was held Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Banister Funeral Home in Dahlonega from 7-9 p.m.
