Luie Arthur Wisenbaker III

Luie Arthur Wisenbaker III, 73 of Dahlonega, passed away Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at his residence. He was an avid hunter who loved to entertain people and loved to travel. And truly loved his family and friends. He retired from the Georgia Power Company.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie Ramsey and Luie Arthur Wisenbaker, Jr.

He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Elizabeth Parramore Wisenbaker of Dahlonega; son, Luie Arthur Wisenbaker, IV of Charlotte, N.C.; daughter, Elizabeth Kimberly and Carlton Murray Johnson, Jr. of Cumming; sister, Rosland Wisenbaker Griffin of Fernandina Beach, Fla.; grandchildren, Carlton Murray Johnson III, Johan Calvin Johnson, Elizabeth Anne Johnson, Christian Samuel Johnson, all of Cumming; nieces, Michelle Griffin Baker of Cumming, Debra Griffin Haskin of Marietta, and Nicole Griffin Bini of Cumming.

A Memorial Service was held on August 9, 2013 at the Dahlonega Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Greenwald officiating.

Janie C. Bell

Janie C. Bell, age 63, of Lumpkin County, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013. She was a lifelong member of New Harmony Baptist Church and loved singing, her church, cooking, baby sitting, watching birds and flowers. Janie was the best mother, sister, grandmother and friend; she loved everyone she met and everyone she met loved her. Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Frankie Bell; and parents, Rual and Alice Cox.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Amy and Bobby Lutz of Free Home; sons, Chris Bell and Jonathan Daniel Bell both of Dahlonega; grandson, Trevor Joseph Lutz; brothers and sister, Joe Cox of Ball Ground, Jimmy Cox of Canton and Lottie Bell of Free Home; and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 14th at 11 a.m. at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Purcell, Rev. Danny Orr and Rev. Clyde Boling officiating. Interment will follow in Auraria Community Cemetery in Lumpkin County. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Ingram Funeral Home & Crematory, Cumming, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
